Eureka offers the highest quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for merchandise purchased by consumers on our website www.eurekaschool.com or by phone at 866-394-5047 up to 30 days after purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
- Please contact us at 866-394-5047 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST for a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number and your account number must be written on the outside of all boxes returned.
Keep a list of the products you are sending back for your reference.
- We recommend that you ship your return back to us by a traceable method. If your package is lost and we cannot track the package to our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.

Is there a time limit on returns?
We accept Returns & Exchanges within 30 days after purchase.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will exchange or issue a refund for your return and any applicable shipping charges. We cannot refund the original or returned shipping costs. All exchanges are charged a re-shipping fee.
Do you issue price adjustments?
We are unable to offer price adjustments on products that go on sale after a purchase is made.
If I received a Eureka product as a gift, can I return it?
We only accept returns for merchandise purchased by consumers on our website www.eurekaschool.com or purchased by phone at 866-394-5047 up to 30 days after purchase.
When will I see the refund on my account?
Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for returns to be received and processed. Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
If you were charged sales tax for your purchase, the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
